摘要
高校辅导员形成正确科学的职业价值观能促进辅导员队伍的可持续发展,实现大学生的全面发展,以及保障高校的稳定发展。高校辅导员形成正确的职业价值观,要通过挖掘内源动力,注重高校辅导员职业价值观的自我生成;注重导向,加强高校辅导员队伍职业价值观教育;内外结合,营造培育高校辅导员职业价值观的和谐氛围,培养高校辅导员积极向上的职业价值观。
Building the correct scientific professional values of college counselors can promote the sustainable development of the team of counselors,realize the comprehensive development of college students and ensure the steady development of colleges.To build correct professional values for college counselors,we should pay attention to the self generation of professional values of college counselors by exploiting the endogenous power; pay attention to the guidance and strengthen the education of professional values of college counselors; build the harmonious atmosphere of cultivating college counselors＇ professional values in combination with outside and inside campus to develop the positive professional values.
