1例归国务工人员营养缺乏的调查

摘要 目的探讨营养对于出境劳务人员的意义。方法询问出境劳务人员在境外务工期间的饮食习惯、食物搭配,并进行流行病学调查,确认营养是否有缺乏,是否患有传染性疾病。结果通过询问饮食习惯、食物搭配和流行病学调查,结合医院的检测结果,确认该出境劳务人员因营养缺乏,引起巨幼红细胞性贫血。结论出境劳务人员在境外务工期间因摄入新鲜蔬菜水果和富含蛋白质的食物少,营养缺乏,造成维生素B12和叶酸缺乏,引起巨幼红细胞性贫血。 Objective The significance of nutrition for overseas labor is discussed. Methods To ask theoverseas workers' eating habits and food collocation and give epidemiological investigation to confirm that nutrition is there missing and infectious diseases is not existed. Results By his eating habits, food collocation, epidemiological investigation and hospital inspection results, it is confirmed that this worker has megaloblastic anemia because of poor nutrition. Conclusion Because of little intake of fresh fruits and vegetables and protein, workers abroad have poor nutrition and vitamin B12 and folic acid deficiency, which may causemegaloblastic anemia.
