大直径衬环法兰的密封泄漏分析 被引量:3

摘要 随着化工设备的大型化和操作参数的不断提升,设备法兰尺寸也越来越大,法兰连接的密封问题不断出现,大直径法兰的密封问题尤其突出,因此解决大直径法兰的密封问题显得更加重要。通过大直径长颈对焊衬环法兰(DN2500)试压的泄漏问题反馈,从密封面质量、垫片性能以及螺栓预紧三方面进行详细分析,法兰密封泄漏仅是由法兰偏转和密封面不平整问题引起的界面泄漏,将法兰密封面衬环结构改为堆焊结构,有效地解决了试压泄漏问题。 With the development of large sized equipment and constant improvement in operation parameter thereof,the flange size of equipment is getting larger and larger. With problem in sealing of flanged connection brought into view every now and then especially for the sealing of flange with large diameter, therefore, it is more imperative to solve the sealing problem of flange with large diameter. It is observed from a blow-by-blow analysis of three respects including sealing surface quality, gasket performance and bolt pre-tightening of butt welded ring flange with long neck and large diameter (DN2500) based on feed- back of leakage in pressure testing that the leakage from flange sealing is due only to flange deflection and uneven sealing surface. Accordingly, the leakage problem in pressure testing is solved in an effective way by change of lining ring structure on flange sealing surface to cladding structure thereon.
