粉红黏帚霉W-21对灰葡萄孢的抑菌活性 被引量:1

摘要 为研究粉红黏帚霉W-21菌株对灰葡萄孢的抑菌活性,采用PDA平板和水琼脂对峙培养法测定粉红黏帚霉W-21菌株的抑菌作用,采用扣皿法测定挥发性代谢产物的抑菌作用,采用含毒介质法测定发酵液的抑菌作用,测定了孢子悬浮液对灰葡萄孢菌核萌发的抑制作用.结果表明:灰葡萄孢菌落扩展受到明显抑制,W-21菌株寄生病菌菌丝,导致菌丝细胞原生质体颗粒化、溃解;孢子悬浮液对菌核萌发具有较强的抑制作用,浸泡24 h,菌核萌发率为2.2%;JM发酵液对病菌菌丝生长具有抑制作用,且第9天的抑菌活性最好,菌丝生长抑制率为60%;挥发性代谢产物对灰葡萄孢菌丝生长有一定的影响. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the antifungal activities of Gliocladium roseum strain W-21 to Botrytis cinerea.Confrontation culture in PDA and WA plate were used to test the inhibitory effect of W-21 on mycelial growth of B.cinerea.Dish buckle and toxic media was used to test the inhibitory effect of volatile metabolites and cultural filtrates,respectively.Conidia suspension was used to test the inhibitory effect on germination of sclerotia.The results showed that the colony expansion of B.cinerea was inhibited in confrontation culture plates,and the hyphae were parasitized by W-21.The inhibited mycelia of B.cinerea showed severe abnormal symptoms including cytoplasma granulation and outward leakage,cellular swelling and collapse.The germination of sclerotia was significantly suppressed by conidia suspension of W-21,after incubation for 24 h,the rate was only 2.2%.Volatile metabolites had some inhibitory effect on mycelial growth of B.cinerea.The mycelial growth of B.cinerea were suppressed by the JM cultural filtrate,especially on 9 th day,mycelial growth inhibition rate was 60%.
