摘要
松本文三郎的《弥勒净土论》误解了早期佛经中的记载,混淆了过去佛、现在佛、未来佛的关系,在此错误的前提下否定弥勒信仰起源于小乘佛教,认为其受到了后世大乘思想的影响。松本文三郎以义净记载印度小乘佛教不礼菩萨、不读大乘经,来证明小乘佛教一开始就没有菩萨信仰,其理由不成立。实际上,弥勒信仰起源于小乘佛教时期。小乘佛教内部孕育了大乘佛教,其中弥勒信仰是大乘佛教的重要源头。松本文三郎的弥勒信仰起源论观点有误、证据不足,实为倒果为因。
Sanichiro Matsuura's On Maitreya misunderstands the records in the early Buddhist sutra as it confuses the relationship between the Past Buddha, Present Buddha and Future Buddha. Under this precondition,it denies that Maitreya belief was originated from Hinayana,holding it was influenced by later Mahayana. Sanichiro Matsuura holds that Hinayana did not have the belief for Bodhisattva since its birth, as Yijing recorded that Hinayana did not worship Bodhisattva or read Mahayana sutra. This is the false argumentation.In fact, Maitreya belief was originated in Hinayana period. Mahayana was bred by Hinayana, in which Maitreya belief is the important source for Mahayana. Sanichiro Matsuura' s viewpoints on the origin of Maitreyana are wrong, for it lacks sufficient evidence and he confuses the cause and effect.
