摘要
选择不同活性的聚天门冬氨酸酯树脂和异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯(IPDI)三聚体为主要成膜物质配制涂料,讨论了树脂种类及配比、固化剂种类、助剂和有机溶剂等对涂料性能的影响,制得了高固体分、低活性、慢反应且防腐、耐候性能优异的新型聚脲重防腐涂料;同时,对聚天门冬氨酸酯聚脲涂料与环氧富锌底漆两涂层配套体系按照海洋重防腐标准ISO20340标准进行性能测试,结果表明,配套体系性能完全满足ISO20340标准要求;最后,对聚天门冬氨酸酯聚脲涂料与环氧富锌底漆两涂层配套体系与传统的"环氧富锌底漆+环氧中间漆+丙烯酸聚氨酯"
Novel coatings were prepared by using polyaspartic resins having different reactive and IPDI trimer as the main film-forming materials. The effects of resin, curing agent, additive and organic solvent, etc. on the properties of the prepared coatings were investigated. The results showed that a novel polyuria heavy-duty anticorrosive coating composition with high solid and low reactive was prepared successfully and exhibited good anticorrosion and weatherability.In addition, the novel coating composition with the epoxy zinc-rich primer two-layer coating system was compared to the traditional three-layer coating system.
