摘要
留学生的跨文化学习适应状况直接影响到其学业的成功。研究从教育适应、留学生与教职员工的人际关系和课外活动的参与度、其外语水平和学习策略等方面综述了国外留学生跨文化学习适应研究的成果,提出国外研究成果能帮助我们预测来华留学生的学习适应问题,为国内高校留学生教育的具体实践带来启示。
International students’ academic adaptation affects directly whether they could succeed in the study.The present paper reviews western scholars’ contributions in the research by studying such main influencing factors as international students’ educational adaptation,interpersonal relationship,involvement in the extracurricular activities and their FL proficiency and learning strategies.Undoubtedly those achievements made by the westerners will help to predict the problems the international students in China have when they are adapting themselves to the Chinese learning environment.Some pedagogical implications are also made for the overseas education in Chinese universities.
