摘要
目的:观察在肾脏生化检验中分级检验的应用效果与意义探讨。方法:将检验科收取的68例肾脏生化检验标本,随机分成两组,采取常规检验方式称为对照组,另采取分级检验方式称为分级组。观察两组检验效果并分析其临床意义。结果:两组检测标本在胱抑素C的阳性率检测中比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),分级组血尿素氮、血肌酐阳性检出率高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:分级检验法在肾脏生化检查中,可提升诊断准确率,更有效分析肾小球滤过功能指标,避免误诊与漏诊,为临床医生的诊疗提供重要诊断依据,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To investigate the application effect and significance of graded examination in biochemical examination of kidney. Method 68 cases of renal biochemical test specimens were randomly divided into two groups,take the form of routine test known as the control group,the other take grading test was called hierarchical group. The effect of two groups was observed and the clinical significance was analyzed. Results There were no significant differences in the positive rate of two groups were detected in the detection of cystatin C（ P〉0. 05）,groups of blood urea nitrogen and serum creatinine positive rate was higher than that of control group,the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0. 01）. Conclusion Grading Test in kidney biochemical examination,can improve the accuracy rate of diagnosis,more effective analysis of glomerular filtration function index,avoid the misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis,provide important basis for clinical diagnosis of medical treatment,it is worthy of clinical application.
