摘要
为了远程获取自动化监控系统中通信管理机采集的实时数据,设计了一种支持4G网络通道的通信管理机。基于ARM Cortex-A8内核的处理器,给出构建硬件系统平台的方法,设计了上行链路4G通道USB接口连接以及下行链路扩展通讯串口的硬件原理图。建立了软件系统三层结构模型,实现了适用于该硬件平台的Linux系统的移植,给出了支持4G模块的驱动程序加载方式,并通过移植PPP协议拨号套件,实现了装置自动握手联网。测试结果表明,开发的通信管理机的4G通道网络响应时间为24 ms,实现了一种支持无线远程实时数据高速传输的解决方案。
The communication center unit supporting the 4 G network channel was designed for remotely obtaining the realtime data collected by the communication center unit in the SCADA( Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition) system. The method of constructing the hardware platform based on the ARM Cortex-A8 kernel processor was proposed,meanwhile,the hardware schematic diagrams of upstream 4 G channel USB connection and downlink extended communication serial ports were designed.The three-layer structure model of the software system was proposed,and the transplantation of the Linux suitable for the hardware platform was realized.The loading method of the 4 G module driver was presented,and the automatic handshake networking was achieved by transplanting the PPP protocol dial-up suite.The experimental results show that the network response time of the 4 G channel is 24 ms,and the solution which supports transporting the real-time data wirelessly and remotely in a high speed is realized.
