摘要
铜仁城镇体系是以贵阳市、遵义市为"双中心"的城镇体系的子城镇体系。铜仁市在构建城镇体系过程中,除了要在行政区划内部理顺各个子行政单元间的关系,还要处理好与贵阳市、遵义市以及怀化市等中心地间的关系。在行政区划内部要逐渐形成"金牛"状城镇体系,以铜仁市为中心要尽快构建起"江口县—印江自治县—石阡县"三角形和"铜仁市—江口县—岑巩县"三角形,强化铜仁市与邻近的县级中心地间的关系。在行政区划之外要尽快完善"铜仁市—贵阳市""铜仁市—遵义市""铜仁市—怀化市"等三条城镇链的建设。在构建城镇体系过程中,要在城镇链、城镇团方面做文章,尤其要突破行政区划限制,注重较大范围内不同层级的中心地间的整合。
Tongren urban system is a sub urban system of the urban system centering on Guiyang city and Zunyi city which are referred as the＂double centers＂. In the procession of constructing Tongren urban system,not only the relationship among each sub administrative unit within the administrative area but also the relationship between Tongren city and other three cities--Guiyang city,Zunyi city,Huaihua city should be appropriately coped with. Besides,within the administrative area,＂Jinniu＂urban system should be formed gradually. That is,the two triangles should be built up as soon as possible,which are＂Jiangkou county-Yinjiang county-Shiqian county＂triangle and＂Tongren city-Jiangkou county-Cengong county＂triangle. In this way can the relationship between Tongren city and other adjacent counties be highlighted. Beyond the administrative area,the three urban chains named as＂Tongren city-Guiyang city＂,＂Tongren city-Zunyi city＂,＂Tongren city-Huaihua city＂must be constructed as soon as possible. In the process of constructing urban system,the issue concerning urban chain and urban group should especially be emphasized. Meanwhile,the administrative area limit should be broken through,and different grade centers in a wider hinterland should be integrated.
