Objective: To study and analyze the effect of humanistic nursing of the patients with chronic hepatitis B treated with nucleoside analogues. Methods: From Jan. 2012 to Jan 2017, 60 cases of chronic hepatitis B treated nucleoside analogues in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into a control group and an observation group with 30 cases each. The patients in the control group were treated with routine nursing, and the patients in the observation group were treated with humanistic nursing. Regular review, medication compliance, knowledge of the disease and the effect of nursing of the two groups were observed. Results: The case numbers of regular review, medication compliance and disease knowledge were 27 cases(90%), 28 cases(93.33%) and 29 cases(96.67%) in the observation group, and those of regular review, medication compliance and disease knowledge were 21 cases(70.00%), 20 cases(66.67%) and 21 cases(70.00%) in the control group, and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P〈0.05). The effective rate of nursing care was 93.33%(28/30) in the observation group, which was higher than that of the control group 73.33%(22/30), and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P〈0.05). Conclusion: The effect of humanistic nursing of the patients with chronic hepatitis B treated with nucleoside analogues is remarkable and it is worthy of promotion in clinical application.
