摘要
目的探讨牙体纤维桩修复在牙体缺损患者根管治疗中的应用效果。方法选取2015年~2016年我院门诊收治的桩核冠修复患者,随机分为采用金属桩修复的对照组,和采用纤维桩修复的观察组。修复治疗结束后进行6~12个月随访,对患牙外形、能够保持与缺损面的密合、牙体松动以及患者咀嚼功能进行记录。以治疗有效率进行临床疗效的评价。结果在长期的随访过程中,观察组纳入研究的75颗患牙中72颗成功修复,仅有3颗存在不同程度的问题,判为失败。纤维桩修复的患者最终成功率为96.0%,观察组治疗有效率显著高于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论纤维桩修复较金属核桩修复具有显著牙体修复效果,且长期随访远期疗效显著,值得推广应用。
Objective To investigate the repair of dental fber post dental defect patients with root canal therapeutic effects. Methods From 2015 to repair in patients with post core crown in 2016 in our hospital, were randomly divided into the control group and the metal post restoration, observation group fber pile repair. 6 ~ 12 months of follow-up were repaired after the end of treatment, the teeth shape, can keep close with the surface defect, and loose tooth masticatory function were recorded. To evaluate the clinical curative effect to the effective rate of the treatment.Results In the process of long-term follow-up, the observation group included 75 teeth in 72 teeth and 3 teeth repair success, there are different degrees of problems, sentenced to fail. The fber pile repair with ultimate success rate was 96%, the treatment effciency of observation group was signifcantly higher than the control group （P〈0.05）.Conclusion Repair the fber pile repair than metal post core restoration has signifcant effect, and long-term follow-up of long-term curative effect, it is worthy of popularization and application.
