摘要
根据大学生方程式赛车大赛规则要求,设计了赛车的桁架式金属车架,并利用Pro/E软件构建了车架的三维模型。借助有限元分析软件MIDAS,对赛车车架的强度进行了分析,分析结果表明,该车架满足强度要求,同时为车队后续车架的结构优化提供了依据。
A metal trussed frame is designed according to formula student rules. The 3D model of the frame is built by using Pro/E. And the strength and stiffness of the frame is analyzed by making use of MIDAS, which is a software of finite element analysis. The results show that the strength and stiffness of the frame meets the requirement, and it provides reference for subsequent structure optimization of the frame.
