摘要
实现"富民强滇、建设美丽云南",是中国梦在云南的具体实践。社会主义核心价值观为中国梦的实现提供了根本的价值遵循和强大的精神支撑,并能够提升"富民强滇、建设美丽云南"的凝聚力。立足云南实际,发扬"云南精神"、坚持"三个倡导"并着力从三个方面培育和践行社会主义核心价值观:创新宣传形式,加强宣传教育使社会主义核心价值观内化于心、外践于行;弘扬云南优秀民族传统文化使其成为培育社会主义核心价值观的重要源泉和载体;学习"杨善洲精神",发挥党员干部践行社会主义核心价值观的引领和示范作用。
To achieve “enrich the people,build a strong and amazing Yunnan” isthe specifiChina dream in Yunnan province. The socialist core values provide both the essential value standard andstrong spiritual support for the realization of China dream,and it also enhances the beautiful and wealthy Yunnan”. In order to achieve that, the government shoulduation of Yunnan, develop uthe Yunnan Spirit” , insist uthe Three Propositions” as well as cultivate and fulfil the socialist core values. In a general way the methods to foster the socialivided into three aspects ： firstly, innovating and enriching it by strengthening the publicity and educationof the socialist core values, which aims at making it understood inside the enterprise the enterprise. Secondly,rising the fine traditional culture of Yunnan,which is designed to cultures as sources of creativity and vehicles. Thirdly, following the good examples such as “Yang Shanzhou” , to show great initiative inherent in CCP membership and become a beacotice of the socialist core values.
