摘要
用纳米SiO_2、氢氧化钾、分散剂制备高模数K_2O·nSiO_2,用氟硅酸钠作为固化剂,将其灌注于2片玻璃中制成防火玻璃样品,可见光透过率75%左右,防火时间大于90min。
High modulus K2O·nSiO2 was prepared with nano-meter SiO2 , potassium hydroxide and dispersion agent. The sodium fluosilicate was used as curing agent and was poured into the space between two pieces of glass . The finished flame-proof glass exhibits about 75 % of visible transmittance and more than 90 minutes of the fire-resistance period .
