摘要
梯级水库群联合优化调度是复杂流域应对干旱的重要手段。根据黄河流域干旱年份来水和用水的特点,构建应对干旱的黄河梯级水库群优化调度模型,以节点供水权重和水库蓄泄过程为决策变量,通过长序列模拟与优化相结合计算,分析典型干旱年份水库群调度与缺水变化的响应关系,提出不同来水、旱情需水条件下应对干旱的黄河梯级水库群水量调度规则,为流域抗旱减灾体系建设和水量调度工作提供技术支撑。
The joint optimization scheduling of cascade reservoir group is an important mean to cope with drought in the complex river basin.According to the characteristics of water and water consumption in the arid years of the Yellow River,the optimal dispatching model of the Yellow River cascade reservoir group to cope with drought was constructed. Taking the node water supply weight and the reservoir storage process as the decision variables,through long series simulation-optimization calculation,the relationship between reservoir scheduling and water deficit change in typical arid years was analyzed,the scheduling rules of cascade reservoir group of the Yellow River was put forward under different water and drought conditions,which provided technical support for the construction of the drought-related disaster mitigation system and the water dispatching work.
