摘要
以建阳桔柚果皮为原料,利用超声波辅助技术,酸水解乙醇沉淀法提取建阳桔柚果皮中的果胶。在单因素试验基础上,以料液比、超声时间、提取液p H、浸提温度、浸提时间为试验因素,采用L16(45)正交试验设计,对建阳桔柚果皮中果胶提取工艺条件进行优化。结果表明,最佳的工艺条件为:提取液p H值为1.5、料液比(m∶V)为1∶60、超声时间为14 min、浸提温度为90℃、浸提时间为60 min。本实验方法获得果胶平均得率达38.67%,提取率高,效果好。
Using Jianyang Tangelo peel as raw material and using ultrasonic technology,acid hydrolysis and alcohol precipitation method,pectin from Jianyang Tangelo Peel is extracted. Based on single factor experiment,the orthogonal test with factors including solid-liquid ratio,ultrasonic time,extraction p H,extraction temperature and extraction time,the authors investigate the optimum extraction technology of pectin from Jianyang Tangelo Peel. The results show that the optimal extracting conditions are identified as follows: extraction p H 1. 5,solid-liquid ratio 1: 60,ultrasonic time 14 min,extraction temperature 90 ℃,extraction time 60 min. The extraction yield of pectin is 38.67%. The extraction yield of pectin on this extraction conditions is high and effective.
