我国教师教育的路径回顾与思考

摘要 目前我国的教师教育存在传统培养体系和教师专业发展需求之间矛盾、教师的综合素质和能力水平与专业需求之间的矛盾,教师队伍结构性矛盾突出,职前培养、入职训练和职后培训非线性对接,教师资格标准偏低,农村教师教育落后等問題,這些問题迫切需要教师教育进行更深层次的改革。回归多级全科小学教师培养模式,重构教师教育课程体系,启动教师教育"3+1"人才培养模式,实现教师教育职前、入职前后一体化的教师教育路径等改革创新,都是值得大胆探索的。近年来芬兰教師教育的成功经验、高质量的教师队伍的培养值得我們借鉴。 Some issues of teacher education still exist in China's Mainland: 1) Mismatch between traditional teacher cultivation and teachers' needs for professional development; 2) Mismatch between teachers' quality, competency and professional needs; 3) Structural problems in teaching group; 4) Incoherence of pre-service education and post-service education; 5) low teacher qualification; 6) underdeveloped rural teacher education. Measures can be done to implement multi-disciplinary teacher education, restructure teacher education curricula, start “3+1” educational model and explore consistent pre-service and post-service education.
