摘要
企业文化与校园文化是具有不同属性的亚文化模式,各自具有不同的发展逻辑和育人机制。在当前形势下,企业文化向校园渗透、校园文化向企业文化靠近已经是大势所趋。如何发挥两种文化的育人优势,跨越差异,融合所长,从而为企业培养出合格人才的同时,也为社会培养出全面发展的、有历史责任担当的主体,是校园文化和企业文化共同的努力方向。
Corporate culture and campus culture are subcultures with different attributes,each having its own logical line of development and educational function.The general trend now is that corporate culture keeps penetrating into campus culture and the latter keeps getting closer to the former.Campus culture and corporate culture should both strive to overcome their differences and combine their educational advantages so as to produce not only qualified personnel for enterprises but also allrounded responsible subjects for society.
