摘要
自2011年台湾高校招收陆生工作全面启动,两岸高等教育的互动、交流也得到持续迅速发展,在台陆生大量增加。陆生就学迁移之决策媒合了诸多推力、拉力、阻力及个人条件的综合作用,其就学动机呈现较强的工具理性。总体来看,陆生在台的生活适应状况良好,但学习压力较大。陆生应对学习压力是一个动态环状历程,涉及认知压力源、体验压力、应对压力、应对结果之循环。陆生初到台湾的社会文化融入不深,在群体认同方面存在"我群"与"他群"之区隔,在政治认同方面会受到心理撞击,但随着在台时间的延长,其总体社会适应性呈现积极向上之态势。
Since Taiwan universities started the recruiting work of mainland students in 2011, the interaction and communication of higher education of both sides of Taiwan Strait has also been developed continuously and rapidly. Mainland students in Taiwan increases rapidly. The study migrate decision of mainland students is a result of the combination of thrust, pulling, drag and personal conditions. Their study motivation shows a strong tool rationality. Overall, mainland students' life in Taiwan adapts to a good condition but their learning pressure is high. Their response to learning pressure is a dynamic circular process involving cognizing stressors, experiencing stress, coping with stress, responding result. The results also show that the social and cultural integration of mainland students who first came to Taiwan is not deep, and there exists insulation of "my group" and "his group" in terms of group identity which will impact their psychological cognition in political identity. But with the extension of time in Taiwan, their social adaptability shows a positive upward trend.
