多乐氟预防乳牙龋的临床效果评价 被引量:3

摘要 目的观察多乐氟预防儿童乳牙龋齿的效果。方法将昆明市5167名儿童随机分为治疗组和对照组。治疗组进行氟防龋治疗,对照组进行检查,每半年重复一次,为期两年。记录实验前后的患龋情况,评价多乐氟的防龋效果。结果与对照组比较,多乐氟可以明显降低乳牙的龋病发病率,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。且与对照组比较,乳前牙的龋病发病率较乳磨牙的龋病发病率降低明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论半年一次的多乐氟使用对乳牙龋具有良好的防龋效果。 Objective To observe the effect of Duraphat on the prevention of dental caries in children. methods 5167 children in Kunming were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. Treatment group performed fluorosis caries treatment, the control group performed examination, and repeated it every six months for two years. To evaluate the anti-caries effect of Duraphat by recording the caries before and after the experiment. Results Compared with the control group, Duraphat can reduce the incidence of dental caries in primary teeth,the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05). And compared with the control group, the incidence of dental caries in the anterior teeth was significantly lower than that in the late molars (P〈0.05). Conclusion The use of Duraphat every six months has a good anti-caries effect on the primary caries.
