摘要
目的 分析手术联合光动力治疗皮肤鳞状细胞癌的临床疗效及复发率临床效果.方法 将2015年1月-2016年1月84例皮肤鳞状细胞癌患者等分两组.常规治疗组单纯给予手术治疗,联合治疗组给予手术联合光动力治疗.比较两组皮肤鳞状细胞癌总缓解率;皮损消失时间、皮损缩小50%时间;干预前后患者皮瓣局部坏死发生率、复发率.结果 联合治疗组皮肤鳞状细胞癌总缓解率高于常规治疗组,P〈0.05;联合治疗组皮损消失时间、皮损缩小50%时间短于常规治疗组,P〈0.05;联合治疗组皮瓣局部坏死发生率、复发率低于常规治疗组,P〈0.05.结论 手术联合光动力治疗皮肤鳞状细胞癌的临床疗效高,复发率低,可缩短皮损消失时间,减少并发症,值得推广.
Objective Analyze clinical efficacy and recurrence rate of surgical squamous cell carcinoma treated by surgery combined with photodynamic therapy.methods Divide 84 patients with squamous cell carcinoma from 1/2015 to 1/2016 in 2 groups. Give routine group surgery alone, and combined group surgery combined with photodynamic therapy. Compare total remission rate of skin squamous cell carcinoma between them. The time of disappearance of skin lesions and 50% reduction in skin lesions were observed. The incidence and recurrence rate of local skin necrosis were observed before and after.Results The total remission rate of skin squamous cell carcinoma was higher than that of the conventional treatment group(P<0.05). The time of skin lesions loss and 50% reduction in skin lesions were shorter than those in the conventional treatment group(P<0.05). The recurrence rate of local flap was lower than that of routine group(P<0.05).Conclusion Surgical combination of photodynamic therapy for skin squamous cell carcinoma has high clinical curative effect and low recurrence rate, which can shorten the time of skin loss and reduce the complication.
