摘要
随着社会经济的不断发展,各行各业的发展也都在面临着不同的机遇与挑战,在一个企业的发展中人力资源的管理占据着重要位置,人力资源的管理关系到整个企业的发展。在企业的发展中最重要的就是对人力资源的开发利用管理,因此,论文从人力资源管理的概念出发,阐述了人力资源管理所存在的问题,并给出了搞好企业人力资源管理工作的几点对策,希望能对企业人力资源管理工作的顺利进行有所帮助。
With the continuous development of social economy, the development of all walks of life is also faced with different opportunities and challenges. In the development of enterpises, the management of human resources occupies an important position. The management of human resources is related to the whole enterprise's development. In the development of enterprises, the most important thing is to the develop and utilize and manage of human resources, therefore, this article starts from the concept of human resources management, elaborates the problems existing in the human resource management, and gives the countermeasures of doing well the management of human resources, hoping to help the work of human resources management.
