摘要
高校青年教师是青年中的重要群体,而高校共青团组织的工作重心一直侧重于大学生青年群体,高校教师群体很难进入它们的工作视野。从高校共青团联系和服务高校青年教师群体的现状来看,两者之间的联系不够紧密。因此,只有通过协调党组织、工会组织和共青团组织的关系;完善和成立教工团组织;以服务为核心,寓思想引导于服务等工作方式,才是联系、服务和引导高校青年教师群体的正确途径。
College youth teaching group is an important group of young people , and the working focus of the Communist Youth League Organizations has been in youth groups of college students. It is difficult for college teachers to enter their field of vision. From the relationship between the Communist Youth League and the service of the young teachers in colleges and universities. the relationship between the two is not close enough.Therefore , only by coordinating the relationship between the Party Organizations , Labor Unions and the Organizations of Communist Youth League, perfecting and establishing Communist Youth League Organizations of teaching staff, and joining ideological guidance in service . can it be a good way to contact.service and lead the college vouth teaching group.
