摘要
化工企业中气化备煤装置在线分析仪表主要是测量热风炉和循环气中的O2、CO含量,对保证安全生产和提高生产转化率有很重要的指导意义。通过对备煤装置分析小屋预处理的升级改造,彻底消除了备煤装置工艺样气温度高、含水量大、含粉尘量大、负压等诸多不利因素,使工艺样品气预处理系统能够满足在线分析仪表对样气的要求,保证在线分析仪表可靠、长期、准确测量。本文就备煤改造的预处理系统从技术手段、特点、应用等方面进行分析,希望能够对相关人员的工作起到一定的支持作用。
