摘要
目的探讨帕利哌酮联合阿立哌唑治疗育龄女性难治性精神分裂症的效果。方法采用随机数字表法将住院的120例女性难治性精神分裂症患者分为对照组和观察组,对照组采用利培酮联合阿立哌唑治疗,观察组采用帕利哌酮联合阿立哌唑治疗。分别观察2组患者的治疗效果和不良反应。结果治疗前,2组患者各方面差异均无统计学意义。治疗12周后,阳性症状对照组由27.58±5.83分降为13.22±3.21分,观察组由26.92±5.08分降为14.92±3.22分;阴性症状对照组由28.80±6.74分降为13.02±3.10分,观察组由27.58±6.35分降为13.25±2.51分;精神病理对照组由29.65±4.88分降为14.42±2.95分,观察组由29.35±5.40分降为13.58±2.68分;PANSS总分对照组由86.02±15.2分降为40.68±8.89分,观察组由83.85±14.20分降为41.75±6.62分,均较入组时改善(P<0.05)。对照组不良反应发生率比观察组高(χ~2=27.286,P<0.05)。结论阿立哌唑联用帕利哌酮治疗女性难治性精神分裂症的临床疗效确切,具有安全高效和不良反应少等特点,尤其适合育龄女性患者使用。
Objective To evaluate the efficacy of paliperidone combined with aripiprazole in the treatment of refractory schizophrenia in women of childbearing age.Methods 120 patients with refractory schizophrenia in Baoshan District Mental Health Center were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method.The control group were treated with aripiprazole,while the observation group was treated with paliperidone combined with aripiprazole.The therapeutic effect and side effects of the 2 groups were observed and recorded respectively.Results Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference between the 2 groups（P〈0.05）.After 12 weeks of treatment,the positive symptoms of the control group decreased from 27.58±5.83 to 13.22±3.21,the positive symptoms decreased from 26.92±5.08 to 14.92±3.22.In the control group,the negative symptoms decreased from 28.80±6.74 to 13.02±3.10,the negative symptoms decreased from 27.58±6.35 to 13.25±2.51.The control group decreased from 29.65±4.88 to 14.42±2.95.The observation group decreased from 29.35±5.40 to13.58±2.68.The total score of PANSS in the control group decreased from 86.02±15.2 to 40.68±8.89.The total score of PANSS in the observation group decreased from 83.85±14.20 to 41.75±6.62 points,which was improved compared with that in the control group（P〈0.05）.The incidence of adverse reactions in the control group was higher than that in the observation group.The difference was statistically significant（χ^2=27.286,P〈0.05）.Conclusion The treatment of aripiprazole combined with paliperidone in female patients with refractory schizophrenia is effective and safe.
