摘要
近年来,我国进一步加强了对矿产资源调查工作的重视程度,使矿产资源调查成果更加科学、准确。大量研究成果表明,X射线荧光光谱法(XRF)通过具有高自动化、快速分析速度和良好的重现性特点的分析仪器,目前在水泥、地质、化工、冶金等领域得到了极其广泛的应用,尤其是地质样品分析中。本文主要采用Axios m AX(最大功率4000瓦)仪器对土壤样品中的Cu、Pb、Zn、As、Sb、Co、Cr、Ni等多种金属元素进行测量。
In recent years, China has further strengthened the importance of mineral resources survey work, so that the results of mineral resources survey more scientific and accurate. A large number of research results show that X-ray fluorescence spectrometry(XRF) has been widely used in cement, geology, chemical industry and metallurgy through analytical instruments with high automation, rapid analysis speed and good reproducibility. Especially in geological sample analysis. In this paper, Axios m AX(maximum power of 4000 watts) is used to measure Cu, Pb, Zn, As, Sb, Co, Cr, Ni and other metal elements in soil samples.
