简析维生素B_1对糖尿病的影响 被引量:1

摘要 现代人的饮食和生活习惯容易导致代谢紊乱,引发多种疾病,最常见的便是糖尿病。糖尿病是一种以慢性高血糖为特征的代谢性疾病,以二型糖尿病为主,可累及眼、肾脏、心血管、神经系统等多种器官,是威胁人类健康的首要疾病。近年来有研究发现维生素B_1缺乏与糖尿病的发生有密切关系。本文综合近些年的研究,对维生素B_1与糖尿病的关系及研究进展做出简要分析,并对其发展前景进行探讨。
