摘要
采用文献资料、专家咨询、实地考察、问卷调查等研究方法,运用现代教育管理、卓越绩效管理等理论,分析了我国民航飞行大学生航空体育课程体系构建研究的历史沿革及现状,探讨了我国民航飞行大学生身心智和谐发展航空体育课程体系构建的必要性。在此基础上,构建创新出"6大体系""4大循环"飞行大学生身心智和谐发展航空体育课程体系。即:航空体育课程目标决策体系、设置培养体系、组织运行管理体系、实施日常支持体系、运行基础保障体系、评估监督评价体系和航空体育课程体系第1循环、第2循环、第3循环、第4循环。并通过实验研究证明对提升飞行学院大学生体质、身体素质和健康水平具有一定的促进作用。旨在为丰富我国民航飞行大学生航空体育课程体系构建创新理论研究提供参考,为相关决策部门制定我国民航院校体育课程体系,促进大学生身心智和谐发展提供借鉴依据。
This study analyzes the history and current development status of the aviation sports curriculum system construction for pilot students in China and discusses the necessity of constructing the aviation sports curriculum system with harmonious development of physical,mental and intellectual health by using the theories of modern education management and performance excellence management,and using the methods of literature review,expert consultation,on-the-spot investigation,and questionnaire survey. Based on these,a new system with six systems and four circulations is built. The six systems are decision making system,cultivation setting system,organizing and operative management system,supporting system,guarantee system,supervision and evaluation system,and the four circulations are the first,second,third and fourth cycles. The experimental study proves that the new system can improve pilot students' physical quality and health level. This study aims to provide theoretical reference for enriching the theory research of constructing the aviation sports curriculum system,and for relevant decision-making authorities to establish new curriculum system of promoting the college students' harmonious development with physical,mental and intellectual health.
