摘要
亚马尔项目由于位于北极圈内,采用模块化建设,极端的气候条件和大量的物资(40多万吨模块,300多万运输单位的材料)运输要求,给项目的物流工作提出了极大挑战。通过统一协调各参与方的工作界面,对物流工作的全过程(从码头装船,运输路径,中转场地装卸、储存和保管,现场码头安排,卸货和现场运输等各环节)进行细致策划、严格监控,对计划和方案进行动态优化管理,使得项目物流实施费用较初始预算得以大幅降低,整个物流工作安全、及时推进,很好地支持了整个项目建设的顺利开展,并充分保证了中方资源所占比例。
Yamal LNG project, located in Arctic, is constructed by modules. Harsh weather and huge transportation quantities in that give great challenges to the project logistics transportation. Coordinating the work interface between all participated parties, planning & supervising all logistic activities including load out at fabrication yard, transportation route selection, load in/out and preservation at intermediate transshipment yard, load in at site, site inland transportation, etc., implementing dynamic optimization of plans & programs, greatly reduce project logistics cost and initial budget, increase the job security, and facilitate the schedule timely, which is a good support for the whole construction of the project, and fully guarantee the Chinese contents.
