摘要
素质教育理念的提出和运用要求高校在教育过程中重视学生综合素养的培育,其中体育专业人才主要在师范类和社会指导两方面有较多的运用市场。根据目标管理理论,高校需要深入分析社会职能需求和学生个性需求,合理地设定教学内容和教学方式。而专业型人才的培养目标对整个教育过程都具有指导意义,因此高校需要在教育活动开展前确定人才培养目标,并分析其实现方法。本文首先总结了当前高校体育专业人才培养存在的问题,进而结合目标管理理论,分析了学生个性需求及社会职能就业需求下的培养目标。
The proposal and use of the quality education concept demands the colleges and universities to pay attention to students＇ comprehensive quality training during the teaching process. For the sports professionals, there are more markets in normal and social guidance. Based on target management theory, the colleges and universities should analyze the needs for social functions and student＇ s individuality deeply and set teaching content and methods reasonably. What＇ s more, the aim of training professionals has a guiding sig- nificance during the whole educational process. Therefore the colleges and universities should identify the target of training talents be- fore carrying out the teaching activities and analyze the method to implement it. This article firstly summarizes the existing problems during the current training of sports professionals in colleges and universities, and then combines target management theory to analyze the aim of training meeting the needs for student＇ s individuality and employments of social functions.
