摘要
本文基于对膝关节骨性关节炎病因和治疗机制的基础研究的不断探索,深入分析发现当前建立骨关节炎动物模型所选动物以鼠、兔为主,其他动物如狗、猪、鸡等应用较少。常用造模方法主要有自发性模型、手术造模以及其他方法等,不同动物及不同方法有着较为严格的区别,因此在选择模型时应根据研究需要综合考虑。
Based on the continuous exploration on the fundamental researches of etiology and treatment mechanism of knee osteoarthritis, this paper takes in-depth analysis and finds that the animals used for establishing animal models with osteoarthritis at present are mainly rats and rabbits, the application of other animals, such as dogs, pigs, chickens and others, is less. The commonly model replicating methods are spontaneous models, operation models, and other methods, different animals and different methods have relatively strict distinction, so the choice of models should be based on the need of study.
