新型旋转磁场干选机在细粒干选领域的研究及应用 被引量:4

摘要 在矿业新常态下,细粒干式磁选越来越受到各大选矿厂的重视,对于含粉矿量较多的于式磁选,由于细粉颗粒间分子间作用力的影响较大,采用常规干式磁选机进行分选时效果不佳,适于细粉矿干选的新型干式磁选机的研发成为亟待解决的问题。本文介绍了XCTG型旋转磁场磁选机的分选原理、主体结构及性能特点,并通过其在铁矿山及冶金粉材领域的试验应用,证明了其在分选细粒尤其是含粉矿量较多矿物时分选技术的先进性,具有较为广泛的应用前景。 In the mining new normal, fine dry magnetic separation is more and more valued by the mine factory for powder ore content more dry magnetic separation, because of the influence of the molecular interactions between powder particles is larger, the effect of the conventional dry magnetic separator for separating was not efficient, new type dry magnetic separation machine of dry cleaning which is suitable for fine powder grinding research and development become a problem to be solved. XCTG are introduced in this type of rotating magnetic field magnetic separator separation principle, main structure and performance characteristics, and through the test in the field of metal mines and metallurgical powder material, has proved its especially in fine grained advancement of high technology, the ore fines content has a wider application prospect.
