摘要
以石英、钛铁矿和辉钼矿为研究对象,采用Rheolab QC型流变仪,研究了三种矿浆在不同浓度下的流变特性。研究结果表明,三种矿浆的黏度随着浓度呈指数式增长,且辉钼矿矿浆黏度增长最快。同时,对比不同浓度矿浆在不同剪切应力下的黏度变化,得知矿浆黏度随着剪切速率增加先迅速下降至趋于平缓,且矿浆浓度越高,在任何剪切速率下的黏度都越高。由此推断三种矿浆都属于假塑性流体,具有剪切变稀的性质,且在浓度高于45%后要着重考虑矿浆黏度增加造成的影响。
The main objective of the research is to study the rheological characteristics of quartz, mohsite, molybdenite pulp at different concentration. The results show: the pulp viscosity exponentially grows with concentration and mohsite pulp grows fast. Meanwhile, compare the viscosity variation at different sheer rate, it can be concluded the viscosity drops fast and then becomes steady with the increase of sheer rate and higher concentration means higher viscosity at any sheer rate. So it can be inferred all three pulp are pseudoplastic fluid with sheer thinning characteristics. And when the concentration is higher than 45%, the significant growth of viscosity should be paid more attention.
