赵家寨矿“三软”煤层巷道主被动协同支护技术研究

摘要 为了有效控制赵家寨矿"三软"煤层巷道围岩变形破坏较严重的问题,结合现场调研及对原支护的研究,提出"三软"煤层巷道主被动协同支护方式(锚杆-锚索-U型钢协同支护)。采用FLAC3D对无支护、U型钢支护、锚杆(索)联合支护及主被动协同支护进行数值模拟研究,表明主被动协同支护能够有效控制围岩变形。进行主被动支护设计,并在12205上副巷进行工业试验,取得了理想的支护效果,有效控制住了"三软"煤层巷道变形破坏。 In order to control the deformation and failure of roadway surrounding rock in the "three soft" coal seam effectively, based on field investigation and monitoring of original support, active- passive collaborative support technology was raised. Numerical simulation with FLAC^3D under different support condition were made, the results showed that active-passive collaborative support technology could control the surrounding rock deformation better. Active-passive collaborative support design was done, and industrial was did in 12205 sub-tailgate, ideal support result was achieved, deformation and failure of "three soft" coal roadway was controlled effectively.
