摘要
在充分研究镐型截齿破煤机理及其在截割过程中的受力特点的基础上,利用三维建模软件建立在不同轴向倾斜角下镐型截齿和煤岩的物理模型,并将其导入Hypermesh中,经结构简化和网格划分后得到其有限元模型;再将其有限元模型导入ABAQUS中,合理地定义材料属性和施加载荷以及相关参数模拟其截割工况。通过研究轴向倾斜角为0、5°、10°和15°时镐型截齿受到的应力和位移,发现应力主要集中在镐型截齿的齿尖,而且轴向倾斜角越大,镐型截齿齿尖受到的应力和位移呈线性增长。
Based on the full study of the coal breaking mechanism and the force characteristics in the cutting process, the physicalmodel of the pick and coal rock under different axial angles is built by using the three-dimensional modeling software. And then its physical model is imported into Hypermesh, and its finite element model is obtained after structural simplification and meshing. Then the finite element model is imported into ABAQUS, and the material properties, the load and some related parameters are defined reasonably. By studying the stress and displacement of the picks at 0, 5°. 10° and 15°, it is found that the stress is mainly concentrated on the tip of the pick, and the axial tilt angle is larger, the stress and displacement of the tip of the pick are increased linearly.
