20%丁香菌酯悬浮剂高效液相色谱内标分析方法 被引量:2

Analysis of Coumoxystrobin 20% SC by HPLC and Internal Standard Method

摘要 [目的]丁香菌酯是一种新型杀菌剂,其分析方法未见文献报道,因此建立了其快捷、高效的分析方法。[方法]采用反相液相色谱内标法,使用ODS C_(18)不锈钢色谱柱,以联苯为内标物,以甲醇-水(体积比75:25)为流动相,以二极管阵列检测器在230 nm处对20%丁香菌酯悬浮剂进行定量分析。[结果]在该色谱条件下基线平稳,丁香菌酯、内标物和杂质能得到较好地分离,保留时间适中。丁香菌酯的平均回收率为100.01%,标准偏差为0.1260,变异系数为0.62%,线性相关系数为0.9998。[结论]该方法简便、快捷,为丁香菌酯质量控制以及质检机构的检测提供了准确、有效的分析方法。 [Aims] The analytical method for new fungicide coumoxystrobin has not been reported. [Methods] The RP-HPLC method for the analysis of coumoxystrobin 20% SC with stainless steel column packed with ODS was described. The sample was dissolved with methanol, and the mixture of methanol and water (75:25, by vol) were used as the mobile phase, biphenyl were used as internal standard. Then the target was detected by PDA at 230 rim. [Results] The average recovery of coumoxystrobin was 100.01%, the standard deviation was 0.1260, the variation coefficient was 0.62%, and the linear correlation coefficient was 0.9998. [Conclusions] The method is simple and quick, which provides an accurate and effective analytical method for quality control of coumoxystrobin.
