摘要 传媒产业蓬勃发展,音视频内容成为人们获取信息的重要途径之一,因此保障音视频内容安全是产业工作的重中之重。提出一种可变码率视频内容的检测技术,根据基因稳定唯一和不可破解及篡改的特性,解决了传统音视频内容识别技术的缺点不足,提高了视频内容识别的准确率,降低了音视频内容在生产、传播及播出过程中信息被篡改的风险。试验证明,对于若干种音视频内容篡改方式,视频基因技术识别率达到了95%左右。此外,从理论上与传统音视频内容识别技术基础理论进行对比,解释了视频基因技术的优越特性。 With the rapid development of media industry, audio and video content becomes one of the important ways for people to acquire information. For this reason, ensuring the security of audio and video content is the most important task of industrial work, and thus the detection technique for variable-rate video content is proposed in accordance with the characteristics of gene stability, uniqueness and non-cracking and tampering, and this solves the shortcomings of traditional audio and video content recognition technology, improves the accuracy of video content recognition, reduces the risk of information tampering in the process of production, dissemination and broadcasting of audio and video content. Experiments indicate that the recognition rate of video genetic technology reaches about 95% for several kinds of audio and video content tampering methods, In addition, the advantages of video gene technology are explained by comparing with the basic theory of traditional audio and video content recognition technology.
