摘要
利用自制的聚酯多元醇PE-1合成了水性聚氨酯(WPU)胶粘剂,考查了R值[n(-NCO)/n(-OH)]、环氧树脂(E-44)添加量以及后扩链度等对胶粘剂性能的影响。结果表明,合成的WPU胶粘剂具有良好的粘接力,可以应用于VCM覆膜板和铝木复合板的生产中。
The waterborne polyurethane adhesive was prepared by using polyester polyol(PE-1) synthesized by ourselves.The effects of R value [n(NCO)/n(OH)],addition amount of epoxy resin(E44) and post chain extension on the adhesive performance was investigated.The results show that the synthesized adhesive has excellent adhesion and sticky relay and is suitable for using in VCM and aluminum wood composite panels.
