摘要
高铁赤泥中含有一定量的有价TiO_2,通过XRD、SEM等手段,结合物化特性,进行提取工艺技术初步研究。首先还原磁选出Fe_2O_3>70%的炼铁原料,重力选矿除去硅渣,使TiO_2富集到20%以上。以硫酸处理钛渣,经过酸解、制备钛液、制备水合二氧化钛、漂白、盐处理、煅烧、得到颜料级钛白粉;同时对尾渣烧制水泥熟料进行可行性试验。
High - iron red mud with contains a certain amount of TiO2, by means of XRD, SEM and others, and combining with its physicoehemical characteristics, the extraction process was preliminarily studied. First of all, the raw materials with Fe2O3 more than 70% were reduced and magnetically separated out, and the silicon slag was removed via gravity benefieiation, so that TiO2 was more than 20%. With the treatment of titanium slag by sulfuric acid solution, after the acid hydrolysis, preparation of titanium liquid, preparation of hydrated titanium dioxide, bleaching, salt treatment, ca/e/nation, and grinding, the pigment grade titanium dioxide powder was obtained. Meanwhile, the feasibility test was carried out on the railings fired cement clinker.
