摘要
以超声辅助柠檬酸-柠檬酸钠酸性缓冲溶液浸提拐枣果中的多糖,并考察其自由基清除活性。结果表明,拐枣多糖的最佳提取条件为:提取温度60℃,固液比1∶30 g/mL,提取时间20 min,超声波功率320 W,pH 6缓冲溶液。该工艺条件下,拐枣多糖的提取率为36.85%。拐枣多糖清除·OH、O_2^(-·)的IC50值分别为5.81 mg/mL和0.398 mg/mL,优于同浓度条件下维生素C溶液。
Ultrasonic wave assisted citrate buffer solution to extract polysaccharide from Hovenia dulcis and the antioxidant activity were studied. The results showed that the optimum extraction technology of Hovenia dulcis polysaccharides were as follows: extraction temperature 60 ℃,solid-liquid ratio of 1 ∶ 30 g/mL,ultrasonic extraction time of 20 min,extract power 320 W,buffer solution pH 6. 0 as the extraction agent,under this condition,the extraction yield of polysaccharide was 36. 85%. Scavenging free radicals IC50 values for·OH and O_2^(-·) were 5. 81 mg/mL and 0. 398 mg/mL respectively,which was superior to the conventional antioxidants of ascorbic acid.
