摘要
当今化石能源日渐枯竭,环境污染日益加重,生物质热解制油技术被认为是解决能源紧张的潜在方法。以提高生物质热解制取生物油得率为目的,并针对现有热解技术存在的问题,提出了生物质微分霾化热解技术。重点介绍了生物质微粉霾化热解的工艺流程;霾化处理技术、CO_2载气循环利用技术的优势及实现方法,为更深层地探索更优化的热解技术提供积极的指导意义。
Nowadays,fossil energy is exhausted and environmental pollution is becoming more and more serious. Pyrolysis of biomass is considered as a potential method to solve the problem of energy shortage.In order to improve the yield of bio-oil from biomass pyrolysis,a haze pyrolysis processing of biomass micro powder was proposed,its advantages and implement methods of recycle utilization of CO_2 gas were put forward. All these would provide a positive guidance for the further exploration of pyrolysis technology.
