摘要
平菇是一种素受人们喜爱,食用和药用价值均较高的大型真菌。意义:用水稻、芒替代部分木屑栽培平菇,不仅可以降低栽培成本,取得较好的经济效益,还起到利用当地废弃资源,减少环境污染的经济和生态效益。方法:本实验以传统培养料木屑作为对照组,用水稻、芒替代部分木屑,按一定的比例配制,设5个实验组,每组又设5个重复进行了栽培实验。结果:6种不同配方中平均产量最大的是A组,平均每袋产量为387.9g(/450g),纤维素每袋116.45g(/450g),对每个处理的平均值两两进行差异性分析,A与B、C、D、E、CK相比均为差异极显著。
Mushroom is a popular kind of fungi with edible and medicinal value. Meaning: Parts of the wood chips are replaced with rice or awns to cultivate oyster mushroom,which can not only reduce the cost,but also reduce environmental pollution to economic and ecological benefits. Methods: In this experiment,the traditional culture material of wood as the control group,with rice,awns instead of sawdust in certain proportion,5 experimental groups set up,and each group set up 5 repeated cultivation experiments. Results: the largest average yield is A with 387. 9 g(/450 g) in each bag,cellulose per bag is 116. 45 g(/450 g),and A and B,C,D,E,CK are significantly different.
