摘要 在陶瓷的生产过程中,喷釉是极其重要的一个环节,相对于原坯制作等复杂流程相比较易实现自动化。近年来,在国外已经普遍利用机器人对卫生陶瓷进行喷釉且该项技术在一定程度上也比较成熟,但在国内鲜有成功案例。针对卫生陶瓷在喷釉方面存在的相关问题,该项研究设计了用于陶瓷喷釉的工业机器人,并详细介绍工业机器人喷釉控制系统的硬件设计、相关元器件的选型以及喷釉生产线的研究与设计,并对工业机器人在安装调试过程中涉及到的相关问题进行了详细的阐述。 In the production process of ceramics,glazing is an extremely important part.Compared to the production of ceramic body and other complex processes,it is easy to realize automation.Glaze spraying by robot has been widely used in sanitary ceramic production in foreign countries in recent years,it is a mature technology to a certain extent,but few successful cases in China.In view of the related problems of glazing in sanitary ceramics,a industrial robot was designed for sanitary glaze spraying,and the hardware design of the industrial robot glaze spraying control system,the model selection of related components and parts as well as the research and design of the production line of glaze spraying were introduced in detail..Related issues in the installation and debugging process of industrial robot were elaborated in detail.
