摘要
房地产行业在近十几年来持续走红,成为我国的支柱产业之一,在推动国民经济快速发展、促进产业结构优化、加快城镇化的发展建设等方面起着不容忽视的支撑作用。选取中部六省2004-2015年的相关数据,运用熵权TOPSIS法对其进行评价、排名,得出的评价结果用于差异系数的计算,最后结合采用Arcgis、Geoda等软件做出差异系数聚类图,以便更直观地观察中部六省房地产发展水平差异。利用地理学的学科优势,弥补经济学对此类研究问题缺少空间分析的不足,对研究区各个市的房地产经济发展状况进行空间分析,以期得出直观的状况信息,找出并发现其空间发展的问题及历史发展规律。
The real estate industry is one of the pillar industries in China, it plays a supporting role in promoting high-speed national economic development, industrial structure optimization and urbanization construction. Based on the data from 2004 to 2015 of six provinces in the middle part of China, the paper presents the development difference of real estate industry, and conducts an spacial analysis of real estate economic development and explores the problems of spatial development and its development regularities.
