摘要
通过对液压挖掘机动臂动作运动过程的分析,指出了动臂动作性能的评价方式。根据液压挖掘机的组成元件原理和结构,使用AMESim仿真软件建立相应的液压挖掘机模型,并对仿真结果和整机测试数据进行比较分析,在此基础上,提出一种动臂动作性能的优化方法。
An analysis is done on the movement process of the boom of the hydraulic excavator,and discuss an estimation method of the boom's performance.By using AMESim simulation software establish the model of hydraulic excavator,according to the principles and the structure of the hydraulic excavator.It is compared and analysed in the article between the result of the simulation and the experimental data,and another solution to optimize the performance of boom is proposed too.
