摘要
"互联网+"和"创新驱动"已经成为经济发展的重要战略,借助互联网优势实现创新升级、推动经济发展已经成为必然趋势。从系统视角,以电子商务与众筹平台为例,分析了互联网创新平台中催动系统增强的杠杆解作用机理,得出创新系统升级的两大关键机制——风险企业层面的双边激励机制和资本市场的创业板机制,从激励创新的角度提出机制设计思路。
'Internet+ 'and' Innovation-Driven' has become the important strategy of economic development,with the advantages of the Internet to achieve innovation and upgrading,and promote economic development has become an inevitable trend.This paper analyzes the mechanism of lever solution in the e-commerce and crowd-funding platform,the Internet innovation platform from the perspective of system.Furthermore,two key mechanisms to promote the innovation system embedded in the 'Internet+ Venture Investment'are put forward according to the revelation and innovation practice:the bilateral incentive mechanism at the venture enterprise level and the GEM(Growth Enterprise Market)mechanism of the capital market.Based on this,from the starting point of incentives for innovation,it proposes approaches to improve these mechanisms,in order to provide theoretical basis of institutional design and policy reform for the development of innovation in our country.
