摘要
知识是一切创新活动的来源,有效的组织知识管理对于组织实现突破式创新具有重要意义。现有文献多从知识获取和知识使用视角研究知识对于组织创新活动的重要性,对于固有旧知识处理、新旧知识之间内在联系与扬弃的研究较少。基于此,选取233家高端制造业企业为研究对象,实证研究组织主动遗忘的两个维度:观念遗忘和惯例遗忘对于企业突破式创新的影响,并重点分析知识治理的两种方式:正式治理和非正式治理的中介作用及环境动荡性的调节效应。结果表明,在组织遗忘两个维度中,惯例遗忘对于突破式创新的影响显著高于观念遗忘的影响;相对于非正式治理,正式治理对于企业突破式创新的影响更为明显;知识治理在组织主动遗忘与企业突破式创新关系中起部分中介作用,环境动荡性对于组织主动遗忘和企业突破式创新的关系具有调节效应。
The source of all innovative activities comes from knowledge.Effective management of knowledge is of great importance to organizational radical innovation.Most present literatures make research on the important influence of knowledge on innovation from the angle of the acquirement and absorption of knowledge.Few researches mention how to deal with old knowledge and how to treat the relation between new and old knowledge.An empirical study is made to test the effect of the two dimensions of organizational intentional forgetting on enterprises' radical innovation through making an investigation of 233 advanced manufacturing corporations.At the same time,the mediating role of knowledge governance(both formal governance and informal governance)and the moderating role of market turbulence have also been explored.The results show that ideas and formalities forgetting have significant positive effect on radical innovation.Both formal knowledge governance and informal knowledge governance have great positive effect on radical innovation.Knowledge governance plays a partial mediating role between organizational intentional forgetting and enterprises' radical innovation.Market turbulence shows a moderating role.
