探讨高频彩超对乳腺小病灶的临床诊断

摘要 目的探讨分析乳腺小病灶使用高频彩超检查的临床效果,对高频彩超应用于该疾病的诊断价值进行研究,给临床诊断治疗提供依据。方法 2010年10月—2011年2月对我院的100例接受诊断治疗的乳腺癌患者进行分析,使用高频彩超对患者进行检查,了解发病部位,对病变部位特点和附近血流情况进行分析。结果此次研究使用的高频彩超对乳腺小病灶的检出率为100%,病灶直径大小均在5~15 mm,共有43个病灶的直径在10 mm以上。患者的良性病灶的阻力指数(RI)平均是(0.64±0.08),收缩期峰值平均(21.17±13.43)cm/s、流速(Vmax)平均(15.00±2.32)cm/s,恶性肿瘤的三项指标分别是(10.78±0.45),(13.21±7.23)cm/s,(35.00±1.23)cm/s,三个指标差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论乳腺癌小病灶使用高频彩超诊断的临床效果比较好,准确度高,为临床诊断提供了良好的依据。 Objective To investigate the clinical effect of high frequency color doppler ultrasonography in small breast lesions, and to study the diagnostic value of high frequency color doppler ultrasound in this disease, so as to provide the basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment. Methods From October 2010 to February 2011, 100 patients with breast cancer who were diagnosed and treated in our hospital were analyzed, the patients were examined using color doppler ultrasonography, understand the incidence of lesions, blood fow characteristics and near analysis. Results The detection rate of high frequency color doppler ultrasound for small breast lesions was 100%, the size of lesions ranged from 5 to 15 mm, and the diameter of 43lesions was above 10 mm. Patients with benign lesions of the resistance index (RI) average (0.64±0.08), systolic peak to average (21.17±13.43) cm/s, (Vmax) the average flow rate (15.00±2.32) cm/s, three indicators of malignant tumor were (10.78±0.45), (13.21±7.23) cm/s, (35.00±1.23) cm/s, three indicators had statistically difference (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion The diagnosis of small breast cancer with high frequency color doppler ultrasound is better and the accuracy is high, which provides a good basis for clinical diagnosis.
