摘要
目的研究分析系统护理干预在小儿病毒性脑炎中的应用价值。方法选取2015年5月—2017年2月来我院进行诊治的98例小儿病毒性脑炎患儿,通过随机的方式将全部患儿分成研究组与对照组,组间患儿各49例;其中对照组患儿实施常规护理,研究组在对照组的基础上再实施系统护理干预,观察分析患儿的治疗情况。结果全部患儿均通过护理后,对组间患儿的症状缓解时间进行观察对比,研究组较对照组短,且对患儿的病死率、并发症发生情况、住院时间等指标观察对比,研究组均少于对照组。结论小儿病毒性脑炎患儿的临床治疗中应用系统护理干预,具有临床效果,能够将患儿的治疗效果提高。
Objective To study the application value of analysis system nursing intervention in virus encephalitis. Methods 98 cases of infantile viral encephalitis in our hospital for diagnosis and treatment from May 2015 to February 2017. All patients were divided into study group and control group; 49 cases in each group, children in the control group received routine care, the study group was given systematic nursing intervention on the basis of the control group, the treatment of children was observed and analyzed. Results All the children were treated by nursing, were observed and compared between groups of children with symptoms of time, the study group was shorter than the control group, the mortality of children and the incidence of complications, hospitalization time and other indicators were compared, the study group was less than the control group. Conclusion The application system for clinical treatment of viral encephalitis in children in nursing intervention, it has clinical effect, can improve the treatment effectof children.
